Free Plan

The Pulsevis Free plan is completely free with no payment required. There is nothing to refund.

Premium Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal.
  • Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — it stays on your local device.

Lifetime License

  • Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable as they grant perpetual access.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@pulsevis.app with your account email and purchase details.
  2. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment processor.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or use of the Software in violation of our Terms of Service.
