Yes. Sales, stock, customers, receipts and reports run on your own PC, so the counter keeps working with no connection. You need internet to download Pulsevis, check for updates, activate Premium or add a computer. On Premium, sync is automatic: changes made offline are queued on the PC and sent once you're back online, about every 30 seconds while connected. Free does not sync to the cloud.
On your own computer, with automatic local backups and a manual backup you can save to a USB stick or any folder. On Premium, the store data needed for sync — products, stock, sales, customers and staff records — is also synced to Pulsevis cloud servers so your devices stay in step. Customer, vendor and staff contact details are encrypted on our servers, and staff logins are hashed.
USB barcode scanners set to keyboard mode that send Enter after each scan, or the PC's webcam — scanning into a sale is on Premium. Receipts print on 58/80 mm thermal printers installed in Windows with their printer driver.
