Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Download the trial and use Pulsevis on your own PC — no account, no card. When you're ready to remove the trial limits, upgrade to Premium.

Does it work without internet?

Completely. Everything runs locally; internet is only for optional sync and updates.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

On your own computer, not on our servers. Staff logins are hashed, and personal details that sync to the cloud are encrypted. You control backups to USB, drive, or your own cloud folder.

What scanners and printers are supported?

Any USB/Bluetooth HID barcode scanner and ESC/POS thermal printers (58/80 mm).

Can I import products from Excel or my old POS?

Yes — CSV/Excel import during setup or anytime later.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted — everything stays on your PC and exportable; Premium features simply pause.
