Electronics Store POS Software
Model variants, real margins, big-ticket bills.
Electronics sells slowly and expensively. A day might be nine bills, but each one is a costly unit, a customer who will be back in fourteen months and a margin that has to be right. Pulsevis keeps the stock, the buyer and the cost attached to the sale.
A day on the showroom floor
Few sales, each one specific.
Nothing about a showroom resembles a fast counter. The value is concentrated in a handful of units, and every one of them has to be counted, costed and settled properly.
A television range in three screen sizes is one product with three variants, each with its own stock count, price and barcode.
Attach the customer to the sale, so when they come back fourteen months later their purchase history is in the system rather than in a shoebox of paper.
One invoice split across card, cash and online, with the full amount and every part of it recorded against the sale.
Why showrooms move over
The rest of running a showroom.
Stock and margin are the headline. These are the ordinary things a showroom still needs every day.
A customer deciding between two models does not have to be rung up twice. Park the bill, serve someone else, pick it up when they come back.
Search on part of a name, a brand or a category and get there in a keystroke, rather than scrolling a catalog of a thousand lines.
On Premium, generate a barcode for anything that arrived without one and print labels for the display floor.
A phone number and a full purchase history, so the person who bought a television in 2024 is still findable.
A second counter in the same showroom shares the same stock list and reports on Premium, syncing whenever both are online.
Sales and stock live on your own machine, with automatic local backups every day and a manual backup or restore whenever you want one.
Every unit on the floor, accounted for.
When a single box is worth a week of takings, the stock count has to be right.
- Models and sizes held as variants of one product
- Stock-in recorded against the vendor, with the bill attached
- Low-stock warnings set per product
- Customer and purchase history searchable long after the sale
- Stock-in records per product, with write-offs listed separately
Nine bills. Know what they earned.
At this price point a single mispriced unit swallows the margin on the rest of the week.
- Cost against every unit, so margin is real rather than assumed
- One invoice split across card, cash and online
- Discounts per line or on the whole bill, totalled in reports
- Supplier bills and what you paid, kept with the intake
- Returns settled against the original invoice

Questions showroom owners ask first.
Still have a question? Email support@pulsevis.com — we answer within hours.
Can I record a serial number for each unit?
Not at present. Stock is tracked per product and variant — a model in each size or colour — with its own count, price and barcode, rather than per individual serial number.
Can I look up what a customer bought, months later?
Yes. Attach the customer to the sale and their full purchase history stays on their profile, searchable by name or phone number.
Can one invoice be paid partly by card and partly in cash?
Yes. A sale can be split across cash, card and online in any combination, and each part is recorded against the invoice.
Can I see the discounts staff have given?
Yes. Discounts can be given per line or on the whole bill, and the sales report totals the discounts given over any period alongside gross and net sales.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Selling, stock and receipts run on the PC in your showroom. The internet is needed to download and update Pulsevis, to activate Premium or add a computer, and for Premium's automatic sync, which catches up once you are back online.
What does it cost?
There is a free trial with no card required, plus a Premium plan that lifts the trial's limits. The pricing section on the home page carries the current figures.
