Pulsevis
For handset counters and accessory shops

Mobile Shop POS Software

Handsets, accessories and customers in one till.

A mobile counter sells two businesses at once: a case of expensive handsets in several models, storage sizes and colours, and hundreds of small accessories that must ring up fast. Pulsevis handles both without making you keep a separate register.

A day at the counter

Two businesses, one screen.

The handset case and the accessory rack behave nothing alike. One needs every model and option counted; the other needs speed. Both have to close out together at night.

Every model, storage and colour

Set a handset up once with its options and each combination keeps its own stock count, price and barcode, so the case and the screen always agree.

Know who bought what

Attach the customer to the sale by phone number, and their purchase history is there when they come back for a case or a charger.

Accessories that keep up

Cables, cases and glass protectors scan and total in seconds, so the small sales never hold up the counter.

Why mobile shops move over

The register, the case and the rack.

Most tills handle the rack and give up on the rest. These are the pieces a phone counter actually uses every day.

Variants for every handset

Storage and colour held as options under one model, each with its own stock count, price and barcode.

Customer records and history

A phone number, total spent and every past purchase, kept against the person rather than in a notebook by the till.

Returns against the original bill

Pull up the sale, take back what is returning, and stock adjusts itself. Exchanges settle the difference in the same step.

Low-stock warnings on fast movers

A reorder point per product, so the chargers and cases that sell every day never quietly run out.

Accessories by barcode

A full catalog of small goods, with barcodes generated and labels printed for anything that arrived without one.

Profit on every sale

Cost sits on each line, so you know the real margin on a handset rather than the headline price.

Every handset in the case, counted.

A model name alone does not help when the case holds three storage sizes in four colours.

  • Model, storage and colour held as variants of one product
  • Each variant with its own stock, price and barcode
  • Stock-in recorded against the vendor, with the bill attached
  • Low-stock warnings before a popular variant runs out
  • Stock-in records per product, with write-offs listed separately

Customers you can find again.

A phone shop lives on repeat visits — the case after the handset, the charger after the case.

  • A customer profile with phone number and purchase history
  • Attach a customer mid-sale, or add a new one on the spot
  • Total spent and order count on the same screen
  • Loyalty points earned automatically on every sale
  • Profit per sale, worked out from unit cost

Mobile shop FAQ

Questions phone dealers ask first.

Still have a question? Email support@pulsevis.com — we answer within hours.

Can I track handsets by model, storage and colour?

Yes. Set the options up once on the product and each combination is counted, priced and barcoded on its own. Stock is kept per variant — there is no separate IMEI or serial field per handset.

Can a customer pay part now and the rest later?

Not at present — each sale is settled at the counter. It can be split across cash, card and online in any combination, and every part is recorded against the bill.

Can I sell accessories quickly without slowing down?

That is the ordinary case — scan the barcode and it is in the basket. Scanning into the sale is on Premium, with a USB scanner set to keyboard mode that sends Enter after each scan, or the PC's webcam. On Free, type the code into search instead.

Can customers return or exchange an accessory?

Yes, on every plan. Open the original bill at the till, choose what is coming back, and stock adjusts itself. An exchange settles the price difference in the same step. The Returns page listing past returns is on Premium.

Will it work when the internet is down?

Yes. Selling, stock and receipts run on the PC in your shop. The internet is needed to download and update Pulsevis, to activate Premium or add a computer, and for Premium's automatic sync, which catches up once you are back online.

What does it cost?

There is a free trial with no card required, plus a Premium plan that lifts the trial's limits. The pricing section on the home page carries the current figures.
