1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pulsevis ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pulsevis for your business operations. The Free plan permits unlimited use of core features. The Premium plan unlocks additional features as described on our pricing page.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

The Free plan requires no account. Premium features require a valid email address and active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

Current pricing is displayed on our website and within the application. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods or lifetime licenses.

• Monthly & Yearly: Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Lifetime: One-time payment for perpetual access to Premium features at the time of purchase

5. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into Pulsevis. We do not claim any ownership over your store data, customer records, transaction history, or any other content you create using the Software.

You can export your data at any time using the built-in export functionality. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible on your local device.

6. Service Availability

Pulsevis is primarily a desktop application that works offline. Cloud sync and multi-device features require an internet connection and are provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for 99.9% uptime for cloud services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects cloud services. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsevis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Software.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

We do warrant that we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Software and address reported bugs in a timely manner.

9. Termination

You may stop using Pulsevis at any time by uninstalling the Software. We may terminate or suspend your access to Premium features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
