For rails, boutiques and multi-brand floors

Clothing Store & Boutique POS Software

Every size and colour, counted separately.

A style is not one product — it is a grid. Pulsevis keeps a row for every size and colour under the style, each with its own barcode, price and stock, so the rail on the floor and the number on the screen finally agree.

A day on the floor

Three things a rail demands.

Clothing breaks a plain product list. One style arrives in eight sizes and four colours, half of them sell, and the ones left over are the whole problem.

One style, every variant

Set the style up once, then let it carry its own grid of sizes and colours. Each combination is a real line with its own stock count.

Exchanges without an argument

Pull up the original bill, take the wrong size back, put the right one out, and let the app settle the difference either way.

Know which sizes actually sell

Movement is tracked per variant, so you reorder the mediums that vanish instead of the smalls that never moved.

Why boutiques move over

Built around the way a style is stocked.

A general till treats a shirt as one product. On a clothing floor that is where the stock count starts lying to you.

Bring a new range in from a file

A new range arrives as a spreadsheet from the supplier. Save it as CSV and import it in one pass, with codes, costs and prices already attached.

A barcode per variant

Every size and colour gets its own code, so the tag on the garment scans to exactly the right line.

Price and stock per size

The XL can cost more than the S, and each holds its own count. Nothing is averaged across the style.

Brands and categories

Every style carries its brand and category, so a catalog of hundreds of lines stays easy to browse and report on.

One-off and consignment pieces

A single item with no grid at all is just a plain product — set it up in seconds without inventing a size for it.

Points for the regulars

A boutique lives on people who come back. Points build on every visit and the purchase history is there when they do.

A style is a grid, not a line.

Set the style up once and every size-and-colour pairing underneath it counts itself.

  • Options you name yourself, defaulting to size and colour
  • The full combination grid generated from those options
  • Add a colour or a size later and the grid extends to match
  • Duplicate combinations refused before they are saved
  • The whole style rolled up, or opened to see each variant

The size was wrong. That is fine.

Exchanges are most of a clothing counter's afternoon. They should not need a calculator.

  • Find the original bill and pick what is coming back
  • Swap a medium for a large without voiding the sale
  • The difference settles in either direction, refund or top-up
  • Stock and points correct themselves on both sides
  • Partial returns, with a reason kept against the line

Clothing FAQ

Questions boutique owners ask first.

Still have a question? Email support@pulsevis.com — we answer within hours.

Do I have to create a product for every single size?

No. Set the style up once, name its options, and the size-and-colour grid is generated underneath it. You enter opening stock per combination and the app keeps them apart from there.

Can different sizes carry different prices?

Yes. Price, barcode and stock all sit on the individual variant, so an XL can cost more than an S without splitting the style into two products.

What about a one-off piece with no sizes?

Set it up as a plain product. Nothing forces a grid onto an item that does not have one, which is what most boutique stock actually looks like.

How do exchanges work when the customer swaps a size?

Open the original bill, mark what is coming back and add what is going out. The difference settles in either direction, and stock and loyalty points adjust on both sides automatically.

Can I print tags for garments that arrive without a barcode?

Yes, on Premium — generate a code per variant and print its labels, so the tag on the garment scans to the exact size and colour.

What does it cost?

There is a free trial with no card required, plus a Premium plan that lifts the trial's limits. The pricing section on the home page carries the current figures.
